Amzn-SearchBot

Amazon · Feeds a search index

Amzn-SearchBot makes your content eligible for Amazon search experiences such as Alexa, and Amazon says it does not crawl content for generative AI model training. If your robots.txt doesn't mention it but allows other search bots, it follows the rules you gave them.

A group of its own makes Amzn-SearchBot ignore the “User-agent: *” rules. If you have Disallow lines there that should still apply to it, repeat them inside its group. To allow it, writing nothing is usually enough.
