2. What data we process, and what for

Your email address. We process it in order to send you the diagnostic report you asked for. The legal basis is carrying out your own request, at your instigation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your email address, if you allow it separately. To send you content and commercial messages about visibility in AI-driven search. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time without that affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand.

Your IP address, user agent, the date and time, and the version of this policy. We keep these alongside your consent as proof that it was given, as Art. 7(1) GDPR requires, and to prevent abuse of the service. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation and our legitimate interest in the security of the service.

The web address you analyse. It is stored against the request. It is not personal data in itself, but we treat it with the same care.

3. Confirming your address

We use double confirmation: once you have left your email you will get a message asking you to confirm that the address is yours. Until you confirm, we send you nothing further and put you on no list at all.

4. Recipients

We use suppliers who act as processors, under a contract signed in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR: an email marketing provider with servers in the European Union, and a hosting provider. We do not pass your data to third parties for purposes of their own, and we do not sell it.

5. Retention periods

We keep your email for as long as you stay subscribed and, once you have unsubscribed, only the record of the consent and of the unsubscription, for as long as any liability could still be raised. Analysis data is kept for twelve months at most.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to privacidad@parsigo.com, saying which right you are exercising. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.

If you think we have not dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.

7. Cookies

We use analytics and advertising cookies, and none of them loads until you accept it. Turning them down costs the same single click as accepting them, and you can change your mind from «Review cookies», at the foot of any page.
